I have more than 40 years of experience in manufacturing, with 15 years as a Technical Recruiter. I've worked in several industries, including automotive, printing, and both small and large appliances. I focus on engineers and managers mostly. I'm finding myself slowly moving from a traditional recruiter to more of a talent agent. I pride myself on finding superstar candidates and marketing them to companies that can benefit from their skills and experience.
